So as some of you know, until recently, this what I've been doing for last, I guess, at least 10 years or so, it's really been just my passion, my calling my, you know, I would do this in evenings and weekends. And most of my vacation was really teaching other folks and or learning myself and taking a lot of different courses. But now 2022, this is a year where I left my full time job, and now this is the business. So I too have to pay my bills, and basically learning and started doing a lot of business coaching, have basically my own business coach and have my own, I have hired a large marketing agency in business agency to help us basically grow this business. So I know for a lot of you this, this is just cost a lot of money, it doesn't make sense to do this in the beginning, it's easy for me to do it now when I have a lot of these, you know, things in place, if you will. And now it's easier to implement a lot of these tools, so So let me walk you through a couple of marketing and product offering. Offering tools and campaigns that I'm currently working with marketing and business agencies as we speak. So things that I've learned and things that you can start thinking today, before you are ready to invest a lot of money and things that you can actually do a lot yourself, or once this becomes or it is already your full time business. So when you think of your product offerings and services, the things that you have today, you may have none, you may have one, you may have five, I don't know exactly what you have, but you always you need to think of who are your audience? Number one, and what are the products, levels of products and services that you are offering. So some of the folks that you are going to offer production services may be beginners, people that don't really know anything about your offerings, but they want to learn more. Some folks may be like intermediate, they know a little bit, but they really want to know more. Some folks may be advanced, they already know a lot. But they see you as an expert, and they want to learn more about you know, from you in their particular field. And then, you know, you may have some super advanced folks that you can offer some really, really special products and services based on your experience. So again, I know if you're just starting this might be a little bit difficult. But I wish I was thinking about this 10 years ago, and I did not write I didn't think of this, how do I target my audience? And where are they in the spectrum, and how and when I can become their guide, if you will, depending on where they are, I could become their guide, or maybe either they not ready, or I am not ready to be their guide. So if you think of a beginner, intermediate and advanced, let's think of let's move to the next thing and think about what is if you think of somebody who's a beginner. So I'm going to give you example, in my particular case, where you know, I have probably about 20 or so courses out there, there's just a lot more than just courses. So So for me, beginner, maybe if I am thinking of teaching positive psychology, the beginner in this space is somebody to offer introduction to positive psychology, you know, maybe they heard about it, they will learn more, but here's the possibly course, or training or workshop, or live zoom call, or Facebook offerings parameters, but it's for you to get you introduced to this new field. Right. So in this case would be introduction to positive psychology. I happen to have that course already. And I might be adding couple more offerings for beginners. But again, this is to give you an example, what you can do in your field.
The next thing is, we are now going to intermediate, right? So you already know about positive psychology, you kind of, you know, introduction, you know what this is all about, you may be a coach, but you want to introduce positive psychology tools into your coaching practice. Well, here's a positive psychology coach certification and your program. Again, there will be for intermediate, you already know a lot about this. And now you're going to the next level, taking the coaching tools possibly, which could be, you know, coaching other people and or, quite frankly, helping your friend and people around you to use in this case to support psychology. So I have a beginner and intermediate let's see what happens. What do I do for advanced users? Well, for advanced users, again, in this example, I have what's called processor koji master coach. So now, you are not beginner, you know about introduction, or maybe you follow me through this process. Maybe you started with me and or your clients maybe started with you from beginner, you move them to intermediate, you moved into advanced, but again, in this case, just example, whatever your advanced program and or offering is, in this case, would be for a psychology master coach. Now, I happen to have, and you should be thinking also about something, I just happen to call them super advanced. And quite frankly, I just did this presentation 15 minutes ago to put something quickly together. But you can call him anywhere you wish I just came up with a super advance, you know, who are these folks? Well, these are the folks who are ready to truly hit the ground running, to get their business where they should be, to really, really get learn as much as they can. And in this case, in my case, in this example, it's a mastermind program, and you might have mastermind program as well. So they know a lot about psychology, they know about the coaching the coaches already, they went through this master coach program, but now they were being part of a mastermind, which is hey, I really want to get this business going. This is what I call, I have all these tools. Now what basically, that's the that's the business section, how are we moving them to, to truly, truly, truly get their business up and running. And, and this is really important. Again, you can do the same thing, follow the same process, from beginner to intermediate to advanced, super advanced products, here are just an example. And you will be you know, you should be able to plug in your own pieces. Maybe you only have something for beginners. And that's absolutely fine, please, I want to make it clear, that do not drive yourself crazy to create many products or services in the beginning, start with one, there are people who may made millions in a year one with one product only. So again, I just happen to have a lot of products and services because I've been doing this for so many years. But you know, start with one, make sure that works before you move to the next thing. Alright, so let's say you did figure this out, you know how your people will move from beginner to intermediate to advanced, super advanced. And now what do you do? What's the next thing to do? Well, I'll tell you, what are we doing, and really give you give you an example,
how this marketing campaigns are working. So the first thing to do is, is what I call Level one is for people to get to know you. And what I mean by that some people already know you, you know, on social media, via your email, on LinkedIn, on Facebook, and so on. But quite frankly, unfortunately, today that organic marketing, the things that we just do ourselves don't really work. So well. Yeah, you're gonna get couple of clients here and there. But if you want to get your business to the next level, you will need to invest in marketing. And if you think about About don't think of marketing as an expense, because it's not its investment in your business, it truly is investment in your business. So, so what do you need to do? Before you do any ad? Well, first, you need to figure out if people really connect with you and your offerings or not. And and just one advice, just be yourself. Be authentic, be yourself. Like a lot of people, some people may connect with me, because I have a lot of energy. Other people like to have the right key, I can take this guy, he's just like, to energetic and that's absolutely fine. So here's what we're doing in level one, here's what we're doing in level one. In Level One, we want people to get to know me. And we want them to truly love what I do, there is no sales, and just giving a lot of, you know, a quick introduction, and quick tools, and stories. Here's what I do for people to connect with me. So we only want people who love you, and who loves what you do. So there are again, I am not marketing guy. But I had to learn this because I need to bring my business to next level. And at the same time I did hired marketing and business agencies to help me with this, which you can do a lot yourself. So what do you want to do? You only want people who love what you do. And you don't want people who don't like you. Basically, you want to move away everyone who doesn't like you. And you want to move in people who do like you? How do you do this? There are so many different ways under the marketing campaign. And if you think about if you ever, you know, you bought a book, right? And I don't want to mention the name, but I'm just looking at one book in front of me, because I don't want to turn out that I am that I am promoting indoor selling this individual. chuck, chuck bought his first book, you know, I don't know how many years ago, and I kept buying his books. And anytime now when I go online, his ad comes up. Why? Because I probably couple of days ago, I looked at one of his Facebook posts. I didn't sign up. In this particular case I did quite right. But like, you don't have to sign up any of their emails. They know who you are, you know, sometimes you want to like, I just went to the store to buy shoes, and now they sell me same issues online. How the heck did they know? All they do they know more about you than what you know about yourself probably about yourself, but but the thing is that there is a way that they will eliminate anybody who doesn't really like you. And he will only focus on people who love what you do. So that's the first level, hey, here's what I do, right? You connect with me, then you moving them to the next level. And the next level is I'm going to teach you more. I'm going to show you a lot of things, a lot of volume kit, the tools that I use, here's the tools that I sell, and just just teach them. Again, this is all be implemented inside the ads. And if you don't think of ads at all, think about how you can use this, what I'm teaching you now to grow your organic network, because you can use absolutely same thing to grow organically. So now you want to start teaching them, you go online. And you create a bunch of these videos. It could be live videos, it could be just recordings, and you teach, there's no sale. You're not asking for emails, you're not asking for anything. You teach them
power right now what happens people do connect now with you they go, I really like this person. You know, I connected with them previously. Now they teaching me all these things for free. And you they start following you. Does it mean they gonna buy anything from you? No, it might take years. I mean, I said, quite frankly, there were people I followed for how many years before I start by? I mean that's what happens to all of us. But, but this is how it works. Okay, so here's your level two. Now let's move to level three. What's the level three? In Level three is this is where you have the ad. This is where real ad comes up. And you create this A quick video I was talking to, I also sign up for a number of different, you know, high performance courses like really expensive courses, where I go online with these folks, either weekly or monthly. And most of these folks actually dedicate time to create, to record their ads, it's mostly videos. And, and this is where ad comes up. And ad also doesn't say, By this, ads teach you a little more, and then you click on that ad. And what happens when you click on this ad, this is the key to your business. What happened when people click on the ad? Seriously, this is the key to grow your business. So let's see what happened. Now you take them to your website to your landing page, you take them to your landing page, and you say, hey, put your email, here's your email and your name. And I'm going to give you XYZ for free. Here's my PDF. Document. Here's the free class. Here's the wherever that is right, my free video series. But you're basically you're exchanging, giving them free information, valuable information, and just sign up for my you know, I mean, not just sign up for my newsletter, which could be great. If you guys that's another topic that we're going to discuss how to create and what to do with newsletters. But in this case, it's like, I'm giving you some really value, give me your email. And look, some people won't do that sample some will. What happens when they gave you email is a next step. That is, again, actually this next step is a true true key to your business. So there's something which said there are different names for this offering recall this Aveo at least in my world, so it's basically means up in value, and offer opt in value and offer. So people opted in, you gave them immediately that free product service, PDF document free course, whatever that is. And now, what you want to do is you want to create a sequence of emails, and keeps giving them more value, more free things. So is that one is a two is a 15, I don't know you have to decide. But you need to keep this person not only sell, but give them even more value. So they will connect and say I really liked this person. I learned a lot already. And now you keep sending me not just hey, buy this, but the giving me more value. And then and only then, because in the old days, this is not artwork, right? In the old days, there was a hey, just buy my product and people go and buy it. But today, it doesn't work like that. So then and only then you come up and you say, here is my true offer. Here's what I sell. And this is where that add may come into place. Now. You don't need to add just to make clear how this works. If you're looking at the slide, you don't need to add when you sell because you already have an email. You did this. Give them a lot of volume you provide your own offer. You're providing your own offer. However,
