Resilience for Kids

  KEY POINTS

  • Resilience is the ability to cope effectively with stress.
  • The easiest way for children to build resilience is to have a charismatic adult.
  • Resilience in kids starts with the parents.

Resilience is the ability to bounce back after experiencing a difficult situation. It includes emotional strength and the ability to cope with stress. It's a trait that children develop by interacting with their parents and other caregivers. Resilient children have a positive outlook on life, can cope with difficult situations, and are more likely to succeed in the future. Some ways to build resilience in your child are by providing them with positive role models, encouraging them to take risks, and teaching them how to problem-solve.

Join me in this exciting episode of the Business and Happiness Podcast as I engage with Caren Baruch and chat about how to build resilience in kids, develop a positive outlook, and tackle adversity in life.
