For the last 10 years of my professional "Wall Street" career, I had the privilege of immersing myself in the world of positive psychology and applying its principles to corporate environments. During this time, I developed and delivered numerous corporate programs based on positive psychology and my book, "Habits and Happiness." It was a groundbreaking moment when the HR departments of companies such as ICAP, NEX, Triana, and TriOptima showed openness to my proposals, even though positive psychology in the workplace was still a relatively new subject.
